About Richard

Richard Lambright graduated from RIT with a degree in Hospitality/Business. He has taught hotel/restaurant management at a number of colleges and universities. He was a licensed Commercial Real Estate agent in the Northeast. His diverse background and experience includes mixed-use development incorporating whole ownership and Hotel Resort and Casino operations.

Richard held key senior management positions with Holiday Inns, Marriott, and Radisson Hotels.  He was a corporate director with Omni Hotels and Resorts & VP of Operations with Prime Hospitality, Jumer Hotels & Casino and Renaissance Hotels. As Director of Operations for New England properties, he successfully grew the company’s shopping centers, hotels, and multi-complex operations. He was a director with two international casino/resort companies. Prior to Carlysle Management Services, Richard was VP F&B Janus Hotels and  positioned for sale an exclusive yacht, golf, and country club in Florida. Currently he is on the executive F&B Board of Directors at  IHG/Holiday Inns and  for the American Hotel  Lodging Association.

Having traveled extensively and spending thirty years in the hotel industry, Richard is well known and respected in the hospitality industry with expertise in marketing, F&B, development, and operations. He has conducted wine tours throughout the world and marketed wines to the US over the past 15 years.

Randolph "Randy" Belli

About Randolph

Randolph Belli graduated from Northwestern University with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a graduate degree in Finance.  Mr. Belli has contributed his time to teach international marketing.

Mr. Belli’s business career has spanned a variety of businesses.  It has included advertising, aerospace, marketing of private placements in real estate and tax related investments and continues to manage investments for various clients.  He has coordinated the real estate marketing activities of major financial firms, holding the title of Vice President at A. G. Becker, Warburg, Paribas, Inc., Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.  At these firms Mr. Belli oversaw the marketing activities of rental complexes, hotel properties, tax sheltered investments, and townhouse projects to investors. Once the sales activities were concluded, Randolph provided the financial and activity liaison between real estate management and investors.


Randolph has provided the property owners with ongoing information regarding various sales, marketing, and maintenance activities of the real estate manager.  He has coordinated the marketing efforts to investors in hotel properties managed by the Marriott Hotel chain as well as various condo rental resort properties and townhouse developments.

About Bruno

Bruno Cantieni is an internationally well known hotel resort operator and sales and marketing expert. He has a Swiss hospitality education with certification as a master chef and hotel administrator. He has an extensive background in sales and marketing, food and beverage, and general management at property and corporate level operations. Bruno has been associated with international operations for Intercontinental, Marriott, Orient, Moevenpick, Caribbean Hotel management Systems and Holiday Inns International Hotels.

With a Degree in Gerontology, he also headed operations of one of the Country’s largest retirement community companies, specializing in both short-term and long-term rentals. As a proprietor he has operated Hotels and Restaurants in California and the Caribbean.

He has attended all the major international travel shows and conventions. He has participated and conducted resort/hotel FAMs and networked with wholesale room lodging brokers and travel industry wholesalers. He speaks five languages and has worked in numerous countries worldwide. He has traveled the world as a wine enthusiast/educator and sommelier. He maintains a personal exclusive wine cellar
collection of over 500 bottles.

About Tom

Tom North was a professional athlete and baseball player who went into hospitality marketing. Since then he has gained international experience in the hospitality industry. He has developed and operated and marketed hotel and condo hotel operations in Northern Florida, Illinois and Arizona. He has set up and administrated many property management systems and is well experienced in new hospitality technology. His operational and sales marketing experience is well known through out the industry. Tom has held corporate senior level positions with Marriott, Destin Properties, Renaissance Resorts & Hotels, Chang Properties and quality International Hospitality companies.

About Bob

Robert Lambright graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo with a degree in economics. He was employed with American Airlines for over 26 years, and later with Sabre Inc. and Electronic Data Systems supporting American’s, and other travel industry Information Technology (IT) requirements.

Robert has had extensive Customer Service background with AA; and has held key management positions, including Manager of the Phoenix reservations facility, and subsequently the coordination of that facility’s consolidation into AA’s Western Regional office in Los Angeles, where he was Manager of General Sales. After moving to IT, Robert managed components of several key travel industry business support improvements. He has had responsibility for both large and small subordinate staffs in several different functional areas, and having a wide range of skills. He has had significant experience with vendors, as a purchaser of hardware and software products, for maintenance services, and for contract negotiation budgeting funding and procurement.

With over 35 years of Travel and Tourism industry experience, in both entry level and senior management positions, Robert is keenly aware of the business requirements to provide a quality customer experience.

About Bill

Bill Successfully operated and owned destination resorts. He worked with corporate trade and resort hotel properties with experience in new openings, take overs and sales. He held key management positions with Holiday Inns, Ramada Inns, Omni Dunphy Hotels and Prime Hotels. He worked with opening team at the 700 room Horizon Casino & Resort.

Bill attended the University of Nevada, Reno and completed the Gaming Management program with honors. Bill was twice appointed to tourism commission by city council, and elected to several local and state-wide hospitality groups. Bill is an officer and leader in local, state and international philanthropic organizations.
